ONE-on-One Personal Training
Personal training is an excellent option for someone who prefers a one on one coaching relationship as their primary form of training or for people with variable schedules including athletes, executives and stay at home moms. Private Sessions with a Performance U coach will allow for a truly individualized program, with complete focus on your goals, needs and progress.

Training at Home
Now you can work with a Performance U coach in the comfort of your own home. At home training is a perfect option for home office workers, stay at home moms and individuals seeking a more private training environment. Your Performance U coach will bring along some “tools of the trade” to ensure a challenging workout full of fun and creativity.

Semi-Private Training
The element of teamwork camaraderie makes for a fun, motivating and high-energy session. Semi-private training is a great opportunity to enjoy the company of a teammate, friend, relative or fellow coworker while experiencing a great workout. Sessions are limited to 4 participants to ensure each participant receives proper attention and guidance.
